Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We have a very clear policy in terms of Return, Exchange, and Refund.
To avoid such claims we suggest our customers follow these steps:-
- Read the product description and if you don’t know about any Material, Fabric, or Embroidery Work please Google it or ask someone who knows it.
- View product images in Mobile or Computer’s standard screen settings.
Returns
- Refund only when courier didn’t reach to Customer and product damage.
- Exchange only in size issue and Quality Issue within 4 days.
- Always take video while opening parcel. Which will be considered as proof.
- You have 7 days to inform us to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached to it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase screenshot of order detail also work.
- Note:- There is no return for Pakistani suits.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
- We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your suggested payment method (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within 2-4days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Customers can also exchange the product with the same value or credit their refund on Indilotus Wallet for the next purchase.
Shipping
- We will generate a return pickup for your product.
- In case return pickup is not available in your area then you have to courier us the package. In this scenario, if the customer wants to claim the courier charges maximum of ₹100/- then the customer can send us the screenshot of the courier receipt we will credit it to your wallet with the refund amount.
