To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Order Processing

As soon as we receive your order our team will start processing your order for prepaid orders we start packing your order at the time we confirm your payment in our payment gateway. and for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders we start packing your order after our team confirms your order on call which takes time if you want fast delivery we suggest you prepay for your order.

Shipping Services

We ship across India. We also provide Cash on Delivery payment option with most of the pincodes. We deliver your orders through our registered safe and reliable courier companies like Delhivery, Ecom Express, Bluedart, ATS, FedEx, DHL etc. We are bound in coverage by their reach even though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your products reach you.

Tracking Notification

Once your order has been shipped, we will update the tracking info and tracking link in your order on the My Account page and send you an email that includes the tracking ID, tracking link, and the name of our courier partner. You can click on the tracking link provided in the email to check the status of your order. Alternatively, you can also use our "Track Your Order" functionality on our website. To do so, you will need to have the following information ready: Your Order Number: This is the unique identification number assigned to your order when it was placed. Email ID: The email address you used to place the order. Tracking Number: The tracking number provided in the email, serves as a reference number for your shipment. By entering these details into our "Track Your Order" functionality, you will be able to view the current status of your order and track its progress until it reaches your doorstep. Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Monday to Saturday are considered as business days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. We give the estimated time of delivery on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner. The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

Order Cancellation

For any cancellations, customers can go to the My Order page and request order cancellation from there or contact customer support through Call, WhatsApp, or email us within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted. We will be unable to process any refund if an order is canceled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner
